Description
I serve them with organic maple syrup, but you can use any topping or jam of your choice. Feel free to improvise and add whatever you like, even to the batter before baking. As they say, there's no accounting for taste!
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Milk - 12 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Clarified Butter - 3.5 oz
- Brown Sugar - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients well to avoid lumps (I use an immersion blender).
Step 2
Add the butter to the mixture and stir.
Step 3
Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray, or simply grease each compartment with clarified butter.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes at 392°F.
Step 5
Turn off the oven and let the pancakes cool inside for about 10 minutes.
