Now you can spend just 5 minutes preparing your overnight oats in the evening, and in the morning, simply grab a beautiful jar of oatmeal from the fridge and enjoy a nutritious breakfast."
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 2.1 oz
- Almond - ½ glasses
- Natural Yogurt - ¼ glasses
- Spices - ¼ spoons
- Cinnamon - ¼ g
- Honey - to taste
- Oat flakes - 1 glass
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the pumpkin, milk, and yogurt. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Step 2
Divide between two small bowls, cups, or jars. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight (or at least for 1 hour, so the oats can absorb the liquid and become soft). Optionally, you can top with 1–2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup, and chopped nuts such as hazelnuts, pecans, or walnuts.
Step 3
In the morning, take out from the refrigerator, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with nuts for extra crunch if desired. Enjoy the overnight oats cold or heat in the microwave for 30–60 seconds.
