Ingredients

  • Fresh Mushrooms - 5.3 oz
  • Butter - 4.6 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Dry yeast - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

From 3–4 tablespoons of flour, milk, yeast, and a small amount of sugar, make a sponge and place it in a warm place.

Step 2

When the sponge rises, add the remaining flour, the egg, pour in the melted butter (100 g) cooled to room temperature, add sugar, salt, knead well, and place it back in a warm place to rise.

Step 3

The dough should be like liquid sour cream.

Step 4

In a hot oiled skillet, cook thin pancakes.

Step 5

Prepare the filling. Clean the mushrooms, wash them, finely chop, sauté in heated oil, add sour cream (30 g), salt, mix, and cool.

Step 6

Place 1.5–2 tablespoons of filling on each pancake and roll it up.

Step 7

In a greased deep dish, place the pancakes tightly against each other.

Step 8

Pour over with sour cream mixed with salt and sugar, place in a preheated oven at 180–392°F and bake for 12–15 minutes.
