- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Fresh Berries - to taste
- Honey - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs and mix with the milk.

Add sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Add the flour, salt, and baking powder to the eggs and milk until a homogeneous mass is obtained (it should resemble the thickness of sour cream). Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
