Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.3 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 4 teaspoons
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Maple syrup - 5 fl oz
- Raspberry leaves - 4.4 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the raspberries with the maple syrup, bring the mixture to a boil, and remove from heat. Mash a few berries with a fork and set aside to cool.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a larger bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, melted butter, and vanillin. Add the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add some oil. Using a tablespoon, drop the batter onto the skillet to form pancakes. Cook for about 2 minutes until the batter sets and starts to bubble. Flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook until golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Step 4
Serve the pancakes drizzled with raspberry syrup.
