- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Dry yeast - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
25 g of yeast (make sure the yeast is fresh, not dry, i.e., in a packet), 2 cups of warm milk, 500 g of flour. Mix everything until smooth and homogeneous, then let it rise in a warm place for about 40–60 minutes.
Step 2
Once the dough has risen, add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Mix well and let it sit for another 30 minutes.
Step 3
Now heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Place a glass of water nearby. Dipping a tablespoon in water, scoop the dough and fry the pancakes on both sides.
