Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Salt - 0.2 oz
  • Sugar - 9.5 oz
  • Milk - 1 qt
  • Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
  • Fresh Berries - 3.5 oz
  • Orange juice concentrate - 3 fl oz
  • Liquid Glucose - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes using a mixer.

Step 2

Before frying, add vegetable oil and mix well again.

Step 3

Grease the pan with oil using a paper towel and start baking the pancakes.

Step 4

For the sauce: strain the fresh orange juice and pour it into a saucepan, add sugar and liquid glucose, and simmer, stirring, for 5-10 minutes until thickened.

Step 5

Place the pancakes on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with fresh berries and powdered sugar.
