Description
Pancakes and caviar make a striking pair that instantly transforms a simple flour dish into a royal appetizer. It may seem like the first pancake will inevitably be a failure, but in reality, if you follow all the principles and instructions, making pancakes from this tried-and-true recipe passed down through generations is not difficult. It's best to cook them on several frying pans at once—so there’s enough for everyone, with seconds guaranteed. It's important that the ingredients are fresh and of good quality; then the batter will turn into the thinnest lace, on which the red pearls of caviar will look particularly festive and elegant.
