Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour coffee into a pot, add milk, and brew.

Step 2

Pour the brewed coffee milk into a cup, straining through a sieve.

Step 3

Dissolve sugar in the milk.

Step 4

Crack the egg into a bowl, add the milk with sugar, and whisk using a convenient method (preferably with a mixer).

Gradually add the flour while mixing with the mixer, breaking up any lumps. The batter should be quite runny, like sour cream.

Step 6

Add cinnamon and baking powder, and mix well (you can also use a mixer).

Step 7
