- Egg white - 2 pieces

- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 16 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Condensed Milk - 4.2 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until frothy. Add a cup of milk, whisk well, gradually add the flour while constantly breaking up lumps with the whisk. Pour in the vegetable oil.
Step 2
Dissolve the baking soda, add it to the batter, and mix well again. Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes. During this time, heat the frying pan.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat. As soon as bubbles appear and start to burst, flip and cook for another 20 seconds.
Step 4
Mix the condensed milk and butter and refrigerate for half an hour.
