- Ryzhenka - 10 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk together the fermented baked milk, eggs, salt, and sugar until well combined.
Step 2
Sift the flour into the future dough.
Step 3
Pour the lemon juice into the batter, mix well, and add the baking soda. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until confident bubbles form on the surface.
Step 4
Sauté over low heat in either butter or vegetable oil. Each side takes about 1 to 1.5 minutes.
