Pancakes with Ham and Cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Milk - 1 qt
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Ham - 14.1 oz
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Knead the pancake batter. In a bowl, whisk the eggs together with the sugar.
Step 3
Sift the flour into the bowl with the eggs, add a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Step 4
Gradually, while mixing the dough, pour in the milk. When the dough becomes smooth and fairly liquid, place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. After that, add 40 ml of oil and mix again.
Step 5
Preheat the crepe pan well, brush it with vegetable oil, pour a ladle of the crepe batter onto it, and spread it evenly across the surface of the pan.
Step 6
Cook the pancake on one side for 2 minutes, then flip it and cook for another 1–2 minutes. Use the remaining batter for the pancakes in the same way. Stack the pancakes and brush them with butter.
Step 7
Prepare the filling. Slice the ham and grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 8
Place a slice of ham in the center of each pancake, then add grated cheese on top. Fold the edges in and roll the pancake into a log. Repeat this process with the remaining pancakes.
Step 9
Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 10
Serve hot.
