Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 2½ cups
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Clarified Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix 3 egg yolks with milk (½ cup), add salt, sugar, and gradually stir in the flour. Then add the melted butter and knead the batter until smooth. Next, gradually add more milk to thin the batter, and fold in the whipped egg whites.
Step 2
Cook the pancakes thinly on a preheated skillet that has been greased with butter.
Step 3
Fold each finished pancake into quarters without removing it from the skillet, then transfer to a warmed plate and cover with a napkin.
Step 4
Serve the pancakes with honey or sugar.
