Description

- Matcha - 0.9 oz
- Milk - 32 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 2.1 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Strawberry - 1.8 oz
- Raspberry Puree - 1 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
- Condensed Milk - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the flour, matcha powder, sugar, and salt. Mix everything well.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine the milk and eggs, and whisk the mixture.
Step 3
Combine both mixtures and whisk to break up any lumps. Then add 5 ml of vegetable oil and mix well. Strain the batter through a sieve to achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 4
Cook the pancakes in a preheated medium-sized skillet greased with butter.
Step 5
Fold the finished pancakes into triangles and garnish with sliced strawberries. Serve with raspberry sauce, sour cream, and sweetened condensed milk.
