Ingredients
- Water - 10 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 6 tablespoons
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Onion - ½ piece
- Tilsit Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the pancakes, mix all the ingredients with a whisk. If the sour cream is too runny, add more flour to achieve a thick but not overly dense batter. This amount of batter makes 6–7 pancakes.
Step 2
For the filling, finely chop the mushrooms and sauté them with the finely chopped onion. Mix the mushrooms with grated cheese and mayonnaise.
Step 3
Wrap the filling in the pancakes into elongated envelopes.
