Ingredients
- Milk - 30 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 15.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Persimmon - 16.9 oz
- Mandarins - 16.9 oz
- Stracchino cheese - 16.9 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mixed salad greens - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the pancake batter. Mix milk, flour, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, butter, and eggs.
Step 2
Whisk the batter until smooth.
Step 3
Boil water and slowly pour it into the batter while constantly stirring.
Step 4
Strain the batter through a sieve.
Step 5
Heat a skillet and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6
Brush each pancake with butter.
Step 7
Peel the mandarins and separate them into segments.
Step 8
Slice the persimmon.
Step 9
Dress the fruits with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 10
Place the filling on each pancake and add stracciatella.
Step 11
Garnish with mixed salad greens.
Step 12
Serve.
