Description
Instead of baking soda, you can simply add 0.5 teaspoon of vinegar.
Ingredients
- 10% cream - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 1½ cups
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 1.8 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, place the sour cream, add the flour and eggs, and mix. Then add the melted butter and dissolve the baking soda. Add the raisins and mix. The last step in preparation is to add the sugar. Mix everything thoroughly once again.
Step 2
Prepare a frying pan with a diameter of no more than 28 cm. Pour sunflower oil into the bottom and place it on the heat. Slightly warm the pan and pour a small amount of the resulting mixture onto it. Fry until a slight crust forms and flip to the other side. Do the same with the remaining mixture.
