Pancakes with Sausage and Cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Kefir - 7 fl oz
- Corn Starch - 1.4 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Erythritol - 1½ tablespoons
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Cervelat Sausage - 3.5 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.2 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 1.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the sausage into thin strips.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, pour in the kefir and crack in the eggs. Add the cornstarch.
Step 3
Add the baking soda to the mixture.
Step 4
Add salt and erythritol.
Step 5
Grate the two types of cheese on a coarse grater and add salt.
Step 6
Beat the mixture with a mixer.
Step 7
In a heated skillet, pour in the resulting mixture in portions.
Step 8
Once the bottom side is browned, flip it over and reduce the heat to medium. Fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 9
Place the sausage and cheese on the pancake.
Step 10
Fold the pancakes into an envelope and fry in the skillet for 3 minutes under a lid.
Step 11
Flip, cover with a lid, and fry on medium heat for another 2 minutes.
Step 12
Transfer to a plate and serve.
