- Kefir - 17 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1½ teaspoons
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Pumpkin - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Warm the kefir (do not bring to a boil). Pour it into a bowl and mix with the egg.
Step 2
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater.
Step 3
Add the pumpkin to the mixture, season with salt, and add sugar (including vanilla sugar).
Step 4
Carefully add the sifted flour to the mixture while whisking with a whisk.
Step 5
Add the baking soda and beat well with a mixer. Let the batter sit for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Pour the batter onto a heated, oiled skillet, forming pancakes.
Step 7
Fry until golden brown on both sides, occasionally covering with a lid.
