- Fermented Milk - 17 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons

Whisk the milk, then add the eggs, salt, baking soda, and sugar, and beat everything together (using a fork or a whisk). Gradually add flour until you achieve the consistency of thick sour cream. However, there's one secret: the flour should not be overmixed; it needs to be gently folded in so that the batter remains lumpy.
Step 2
Once you have mixed the dough, take a bowl and fill it with hot water (from the tap). Place the bowl with the dough inside it, cover with a towel, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Then heat a skillet well, pour in some vegetable oil, and fry the pancakes (do not stir the batter; simply scoop it with a tablespoon and place it in the skillet.
