- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 1 tablespoon
- Sherry - 1 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Raw cane sugar - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix the flour with the white sugar, salt, and baking soda. Then, pour in the milk, melted butter, and raw eggs, and stir everything until smooth. This is the batter for the pancakes. Fry them in vegetable oil on a skillet that is heated to a devilishly high temperature.
Step 2
Slice the salmon fillet into thin pieces. Make a sauce by mixing together cane sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sherry, olive oil, and finely chopped cilantro in any container using a fork. Pour this sauce over the sliced salmon, let it marinate for a couple of minutes, and serve with pancakes.
