- Milk - 1 glass
- Water - 1 glass
- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Ghee - to taste
- Butter - to taste
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Condensed Milk - to taste
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Using a mixer, beat the eggs with salt until frothy.

While continuing to whisk, pour in the hot water; the foam will double in size.
Step 3
Pour in the cold milk while keeping the mixer running.
Step 4
Add the sifted flour and mix with a mixer until smooth.

Pour in the vegetable oil, stir once more, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat a crepe pan well, lightly grease it with melted butter, and pour in enough batter to create a thin crepe. Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side.
