Description
You can use the filling as you like: for example, you can omit the tuna and use only cottage cheese, or vice versa, use only tuna. The serving size will depend on the number of pancakes.

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the pancakes. Crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk; add the milk to the beaten eggs and whisk again; add the sifted flour and whisk once more; extinguish the baking soda with vinegar and add it to the mixture; add a tablespoon of sunflower oil; mix everything; and finally, add salt and sugar to taste.
Step 2
Fry the pancakes: add oil to the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked.
Step 3
Prepare the cottage cheese: take a pack of cottage cheese, add sour cream, salt, dried dill, and dried granulated garlic (I use 'Knorr: garlic granules') to taste.
Step 4
Take out the tuna and open it.
Step 5
Now take a pancake and spread the prepared cottage cheese and tuna on it. Roll it up. Your pancakes are ready, enjoy your meal!
