- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Boiling water - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanillin - ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Caramel Syrup - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Crack 2 chicken eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs with a whisk.
Step 4
Boil 500 ml of water.
Step 5
Pour the boiling water into a deep bowl, extinguish ½ teaspoon of baking soda in it.

When the water cools slightly (when steam stops rising), pour the egg mixture into the bowl.

Sift 1 cup of flour.

Add ½ teaspoon of vanillin.

Stir the batter with a whisk until smooth.
