- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Vanillin - 0.1 oz
- Gelatin - 1.1 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 1.8 oz
- Frozen Raspberries - 1.8 oz
- Frozen black currant puree - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Brown Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Fresh Mint - 0.1 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix cream, milk, vanillin, and sugar, bring to a boil, and add gelatin.
Step 2
Pour into silicone molds and let cool.
Step 3
For the sauce, melt the butter, sauté the berries, then add sugar and balsamic vinegar.
Step 4
