Panna Cotta with Cherries
Ingredients
- Coconut Milk - 5 fl oz
- Gelatin - 0 oz
- Water - 6 tablespoons
- Erythritol - 1 teaspoon
- Marinated cherries - 6 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the coconut milk over medium heat.
Step 3
After 2–3 minutes, add the erythritol (or sugar) and stir.
Step 4
Finely chop the cherries.
Step 5
Place them in a dry, hot skillet.
Step 6
After 5 minutes, stir, and after another minute, remove from heat.
Step 7
Once the milk is warmed, add the gelatin.
Step 8
Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 9
Once the milk is heated (70–175°F), remove from heat and pour into a suitable container. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 10
After 2 hours, take the almost ready panna cotta out of the refrigerator.
Step 11
Top with cherry sauce and serve.
