Panna Cotta with Mulberry Syrup
Ingredients
- 10% cream - 10 fl oz
- Gelatin - 0.3 oz
- Sugar - 1.4 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Doshab (Mulberry Syrup) - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the milk into the cream.
Step 2
Add the sugar and heat over low heat until dissolved.
Step 3
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 4–5 minutes. Use 48 grams of water for 8 grams of gelatin.
Step 4
Add the syrup (1 teaspoon or to taste) to the cream.
Step 5
Bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Step 6
Let it cool slightly and add the gelatin.
Step 7
Stir until the gelatin is dissolved, but do not shake the cream mixture, otherwise the panna cotta will have bubbles.
Step 8
Pour into molds.
Step 9
Once the mixture cools slightly, place the molds in the refrigerator until the panna cotta sets.
Step 10
Remove the panna cotta from the molds, drizzle with syrup, and serve.
