  • 10% cream - 10 fl oz
  • Gelatin - 0.3 oz
  • Sugar - 1.4 oz
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Doshab (Mulberry Syrup) - to taste

Pour the milk into the cream.

Remove the panna cotta from the molds, drizzle with syrup, and serve.
