Panna Cotta with Pomegranate

Ingredients

  • Gelatin - 0.5 oz
  • Milk - 5 fl oz
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar essence - to taste
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses - 3 fl oz
  • Orange Syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • 10% cream - 5 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak 10 g of gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold boiled water, and the remaining 5 g in 2 tablespoons. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Pour the 10 g of gelatin into the cream and milk, add sugar and vanilla, and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin dissolves. Do not bring to a boil!

Step 3

Pour the cooled mixture into glasses or other molds and place in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, pour the remaining gelatin into the pomegranate juice and orange syrup and also heat over low heat until dissolved.

Step 4

Once the cream layer has set sufficiently, pour the cooled pomegranate juice on top and return to the refrigerator until fully set.
