Ingredients
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Strawberry - 7.1 oz
- Gelatin - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 150 ml of cold water, following the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Place the cream, sugar, and 100 ml of water over heat.
Step 3
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly, and at the end of cooking, add the soaked gelatin, but do not bring to a boil.
Step 4
Blend the strawberries with sugar or powdered sugar.
Step 5
Pour into molds and refrigerate overnight.
Step 6
Once the jelly has set, remove the molds from the refrigerator and briefly dip them in hot water. Carefully unmold the panna cotta and garnish with strawberry sauce.
