Ingredients
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- 10% cream - 4 fl oz
- Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
- Milk - 6 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt - 6.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in warm water for 5 minutes or until it swells.
Step 2
Heat the cream, sugar, and vanilla extract over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the gelatin, remove from heat, stir, and strain.
Step 3
Mix with the milk and yogurt. Pour into molds. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
