Description
It's very hot right now, and whipping cream is difficult, so I use dry cream from packets that need to be whipped with milk.
Ingredients
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Matcha - 0.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- White Chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath.
Step 2
Mix the matcha tea with powdered sugar and sift it over the egg yolks, whisk until fluffy, then add the melted chocolate and whisk again until the mixture thickens slightly.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whip the cream well, mix it with the yolk-chocolate mixture, and whip a little more.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into silicone molds or a container, and place it in the freezer overnight.
