- Peeled almonds - 4 tablespoons
- Sunflower Seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the sesame seeds in a skillet until golden brown and let cool. In a coffee grinder, mix the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, and salt for a few seconds. The mixture should not turn into flour but remain coarse.
Step 2
The vegan parmesan is ready and can now be sprinkled on pasta, pizza, lasagna, etc.
Step 3
There is also a lighter version of vegan parmesan called gomashio. To prepare it, mix toasted and ground sesame seeds with a pinch of salt.
