- Puff Pastry - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Take the dough out of the freezer.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 mm.
Step 4
Prick the dough all over with a fork.
Step 5
Lightly beat the egg.
Step 6
Brush the dough with egg using a pastry brush.
Step 7
Sprinkle the dough with grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes from the dough.
Step 9
Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–15 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
