Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 10.6 oz
- Beef - 7.1 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta slightly less than al dente.
Step 2
Sauté the meat until cooked, do not salt.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil, lay the pasta on the bottom.
Step 4
Next, add a layer of tomato paste and sour cream.
Step 5
Add a layer of beef.
Step 6
Pour beaten eggs on top and sprinkle with herbs and garlic.
Step 7
If you have cheese, sprinkle grated cheese on top — I don't have any.
Step 8
Place in a preheated oven for 15–20 minutes.
