- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Beans - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter, add the sour cream and baking powder, and mix. Gradually add the flour. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 20 balls, slightly larger than a walnut. Then refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Step 2
For the filling, mash the banana with a fork into a puree, add flour, sugar, cottage cheese, and vanilla sugar, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Roll each ball into a rectangle, place the filling on one side, fold the other side over, pinch the edges, and shape it like a banana; place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Step 4
Cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
