Ingredients
- Pâté - 6.7 oz
- Curry - 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers - ¼ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep skillet, sauté the onion until golden brown. Once ready, add 1 can of Hame beef liver pâté, season with spices, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry dusted with flour to a thickness of no more than 2-3 mm. Cut out even circles from it, and the remaining pieces can be re-rolled.
Step 3
Place the pastry blanks on a baking sheet, put 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each, and fold them so that the filling is not visible.
Step 4
Brush the patties with an egg beaten with water on top and bake in the oven until they are golden brown.
