Ingredients
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
- Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon
- Strawberry - 10.6 oz
- 10% cream - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 266°F.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites until foamy, add half of the sugar, and continue whipping until smooth.
Step 4
Gradually add the remaining sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
Step 5
Then add the cornstarch and pour in the vinegar, gently mix.
Step 6
Spread the mixture on parchment paper in a circular shape and make a small indentation in the center for the filling.
Step 7
Place in the oven for 1 hour.
Step 8
Then cool and remove from the paper.
Step 9
For the cream, whip the cream. Spoon it into the indentation of the cake.
Step 10
Slice the strawberries and place them on top of the cream.
