  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Semolina - 0.4 oz
  • Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1

Boil the peas in milk and blend with a blender.

Step 2

Mix part of the mixture with the egg white, semolina, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil, place on a plate, top with sour cream, and serve the remaining pea puree alongside.
