Ingredients
- Tarragon - 4 stems
- Donut Peaches - 2 pieces
- Frozen Raspberries - 1.8 oz
- Oreo Cookies - 4 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Ground Oats - 4 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Dice the peaches into approximately 1 cm cubes. Add a handful of frozen blueberries and tear the tarragon leaves, mixing them with the peaches.
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix with the peach mixture.
Step 4
For the crumble topping, blend 4 oat cookies, 50 grams of room temperature butter, the juice of half a lemon, and 50 grams of sugar in a blender.
Step 5
Add half a cup of oats to the mixture. Blend again.
Step 6
Place the peach filling into individual baking dishes and top with the crumble mixture, leaving some gaps for the peach mixture to breathe.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes on convection mode and 5 minutes on broil mode.
