- Donut Peaches - 7 pieces
- Fresh Berries - 1½ cups
- Sugar - 2.6 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1½ teaspoons
- Ground Cinnamon - 1½ teaspoons
- Ground Nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Brown Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Tapioca - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 3.2 oz
- Ground Oats - 2.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, blueberries, white sugar, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, tapioca, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, oats, and the remaining cinnamon. Cut the butter into small pieces and mix it with the oat mixture. Spread the mixture over the fruit and bake for about 50 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool slightly and serve warm.
