Peach and Pear Pie
Ingredients
- Pears - 2 pieces
- Donut Peaches - 3 pieces
- Kiwi - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and peel the pears.
Step 2
Remove the cores from the pears and cut them into pieces.
Step 3
Wash the round peaches and remove the pits.
Step 4
Cut the peaches into small pieces.
Step 5
Wash and peel the kiwis.
Step 6
Cut the kiwis into pieces.
Step 7
Mix the sugar, eggs, and flour together.
Step 8
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread part of the dough on it.
Step 9
Place the pears on the dough and spread a little dough on top. Evenly distribute with a brush.
Step 10
Top with peaches and spread a little dough on top.
Step 11
Top with kiwis and spread a little dough on top.
Step 12
Place the pie in a preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour.
Step 13
Remove from the oven and cut for serving.
