Ingredients
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Milk - 1 cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Donut Peaches - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Berries - 2 cups

Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Slice the peaches into thin slices.
Step 3
In an ovenproof skillet with thick walls, combine the butter with the vegetable oil and place it in the oven for 5–7 minutes until melted and fragrant, but do not let it burn.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, sugar, and vanilla.
Step 5
Add the warm oil to the batter, mix well, and pour the batter back into the skillet.
Step 6
Top the batter with the peaches, pressing them down slightly, and add the blueberries.
Step 7
Return to the oven for 50–60 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes and serve warm.
