Ingredients
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Vanilla salt - 1.4 oz
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Donut Peaches - 4 pieces
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the peaches and cut them into pieces or slices, sprinkle with sugar, and refrigerate.
Step 2
Beat the yolks with 0.5 cups of sugar, vanilla sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water. Also, beat the egg whites with 0.5 cups of sugar and salt. Gently combine the yolks and whites, add the sifted flour, baking powder, and mix carefully with a spatula.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 4
Grease the pan with butter, arrange the peaches at the bottom of the pan, and pour the batter over them. Bake for 20 minutes at 392°F and then another 10 minutes, reducing the oven temperature to the minimum. To check for doneness, you can insert a skewer or toothpick into the pie — it should come out dry. Remove the pie and let it cool.
