  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces

  • Vinegar essence - 0 fl oz
  • Fig Peaches - 3 pieces
  • Margarine - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with vanilla essence until stiff peaks form.

Step 2

Sift the cup of flour into the eggs. Knead into a liquid batter with the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Step 3

Remove the pits from the peaches and slice them into petals.

Step 4

Grease the baking dish with margarine.

Step 5

Place the peaches at the bottom.

Step 6

Pour the batter over the peaches.

Step 7

Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 30–40 minutes, until a golden crust forms. Check for doneness with a toothpick.

Step 8

Serve hot with vanilla or cream ice cream.
