Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Donut Peaches - 24.7 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Add flour, salt, sour cream, and mix.
Step 4
Gradually pour in the milk.
Step 5
Wash the peaches, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Slice the flesh into thin slices.
Step 6
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, place the peaches inside. Pour the batter on top and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
Step 7
When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with a slice of peach.
