  • Butter - 4.2 oz
  • Sugar - ¾ cup
  • Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
  • Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
  • Donut Peaches - 7.1 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 4.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease the muffin pan with butter or place paper liners in each cup.

Step 2

In a bowl, beat the softened butter with sugar. Add the lightly beaten egg, sour cream, and vanilla — beat again.

Step 3

Add the flour and baking powder and mix well.

Step 4

Then add the diced peaches (1 cup) and nuts. Stir to combine.

Step 5

Fill the cups two-thirds full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until done, checking with a toothpick.

Step 6

Leave in the pan for 1 minute, then transfer to a plate.
