Ingredients
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Donut Peaches - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a blender bowl, add flour and butter.
Step 3
Blend.
Step 4
Add the egg, water, salt, sugar, and vanillin.
Step 5
Mix well.
Step 6
Quickly knead the dough by hand.
Step 7
Transfer to a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Roll out to a thickness of 2–3 mm.
Step 9
Cut into squares.
Step 10
Place a peach in the center.
Step 11
Fold as shown in the photo.
Step 12
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 13
Bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 25 minutes.
