- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Grand Marnier Liqueur - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Berries - 3.9 oz
- Donut Peaches - 2 pieces
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine the berries, honey, lemon juice, and liqueur. Blend until smooth and strain through a sieve, pressing out all the juice.
Step 2
Cut the peaches into pieces and arrange them on 4 plates. Place a large scoop of ice cream next to each and drizzle with the berry sauce.
