- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Peanut Butter - 14.1 oz
- Puff Pastry - 3 cups
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 7.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 15.9 oz
- Small Caramels - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, mix the peanut butter and butter. Melt until smooth.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar and puffed rice. Pour in the hot peanut mixture and mix well.
Step 3
Roll the mixture into small balls and chill thoroughly.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate and caramels in separate bowls.
Step 6
Dip half of the balls in melted chocolate and the other half in melted caramels. Place on the baking sheet and chill.
