Ingredients
- Peanut Butter - 1 cup
- Black sesame seeds - 5 tablespoons
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Beat the peanut butter and sugar with a mixer on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes. Add the egg and baking soda and beat again until smooth.
Step 2
Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 teaspoon per cookie). Coat the balls in black sesame seeds. You should get approximately 40 cookies.
Step 3
Place the balls on a baking sheet (2 cm apart) and bake in a preheated oven at 374°F. For the first 5 minutes, keep them in the upper third of the oven, then move the baking sheet to the lower third. Bake for a total of about 10 minutes, until the cookies are covered with shallow cracks and start to puff up.
Step 4
After baking, leave the cookies on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer them to a plate and let them cool completely (approximately 45 minutes).
